We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If your paddle doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receipt.

 

Refund and Return Policy

Timeframe:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions:

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be accompanied by its original packaging, including the box and sleeve. This is essential for our team to effectively process your return.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • All returns are subject to inspection. In cases of any damage, we reserve the right to issue a full, partial, or no refund based on the condition of the product.
  • Customers will cover the shipping costs associated with returns.

Process:

  • Contact us at support@24sevenpickleball.com to initiate a return. Returns must be approved before shipping.

  • Approved returns will receive instructions and a return address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exclusions: Clearance items, gift cards, and paddles won as prizes or giveaways are non-returnable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process refunds. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@24sevenpickleball.com.

 

Limited 180-Day Warranty

Coverage:
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. This includes issues with core materials, deformation, and delamination.

Conditions:

  • Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection: All paddles are inspected before shipping. Defects must be reported with photographic evidence prior to use.
  • Retention of Original Paddle: In the event of a warranty replacement, the original paddle must be retained. If a second warranty claim is made, both the original and the replacement paddles must be shown together as proof that the original paddle is no longer being used. Failure to provide both may void the second claim.
  • Evaluation Rights: 247 Athletic reserves the right to determine warranty applicability and replacement decisions.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, or misuse.
  • Damage from use in temperatures below 40°F (5°C).
  • Modifications post-purchase or fading graphics.
  • Damage from external impacts, such as hitting objects other than a pickleball.
  • Commercial or rental use.
  • Purchases from unauthorized dealers or non-original purchasers.
  • Paddles won as prizes or giveaways.

Process:

  1. Submit a claim by emailing support@24sevenpickleball.com with the following:
    1. Video clip showing the defect.
    2. Proof of purchase.
  2. We will respond within 7 working days. Claims may take 1-2 weeks to process.
  3. If approved, a replacement will be issued within 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your paddle, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest way to get what you need.
