Shipping Policy

At 24SEVEN Pickleball, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the information below to understand how shipping and delivery are handled.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and courier and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines shown at checkout or on our website represent estimated transit times only and do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier network congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information


Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, including delivery confirmation or photo proof, the shipment is considered successfully fulfilled.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.


Safe Place & Courier Delivery Decisions

24SEVEN Pickleball does not control or influence how couriers perform deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Leaving parcels at doors, gates, docks, or entrances

  • Deliveries made outside of standard business hours

  • Determining what constitutes a “safe place”

All delivery placement decisions are made solely by the courier.


Commercial / Business Address Deliveries

Deliveries to commercial, industrial, or business addresses (including factories, offices, warehouses, and shared premises) are completed according to courier procedures and may be left unattended if no recipient is available.

24SEVEN Pickleball is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after a shipment is marked delivered to a commercial address.

Customers shipping to business locations assume all risks associated with unattended delivery.


Signature Required Deliveries

Signature-required delivery is not included by default.

If you require hand-to-hand delivery or signature confirmation, you must:

  • Contact us before placing your order, or

  • Select a signature-required option at checkout (if available)

Additional fees may apply.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Delays caused by incomplete delivery information

Additional reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check around the delivery location and with neighbors or colleagues

  2. Review any available CCTV or security footage

  3. Contact the courier directly to file a delivery dispute

We will provide supporting documentation if required; however, replacement or refund requests are subject to courier investigation outcomes and are not guaranteed.
