TURBO PICKLEBALL PADDLE

The paddle face uses a three-layer composite layup with an outer 3K TORAY T700 carbon fiber layer, a 45 degree unidirectional carbon fiber layer, and an inner premium fiberglass layer.

At lower impact forces, the carbon fiber layers control the response, providing a softer feel and consistent touch. As impact force increases, the fiberglass layer contributes additional rebound, increasing ball exit speed and power on full swings.

This construction balances control on soft shots with added power at higher swing speeds.

A solid, three-layer foam core engineered for durability and consistent performance.

A fully solid center foam delivers stable power and feel with no cutouts or voids, eliminating fatigue points and rebound drift over time.

It’s surrounded by a sinusoidal EVA foam ring that controls flex through geometry, not weakness. The wave interface mechanically interlocks the layers, spreading impact stress instead of concentrating it.

Everything is then encapsulated in expanding injection foam, locking the structure together and reinforcing the perimeter for long-term durability
